Established by a dynamic entrepreneur Piyush Agarwal, also the Chief Architect at Design Evolution, began this entrepreneurial journey in 2011 from Prolific Design Arcade of 1998. It is well recognized for its diverse work that encompasses a range of specialized practice areas such as Master Planning, Residential, Commercial, Workplace, Institutional, Residential, Hospitality, and Industrial Planning through in-house integrated project delivery with expertise in the domains of Sustainability, Interiors, Landscape and Design Management.

Design Evolution has offices in New Delhi, Agra, Bhopal and Bengaluru taking care of projects running across all regions.

RGG Refinery a Private - Govt. partnership project in heart of city – A complex project to be set up in about 0.75 acres comprising of world class setup of 25000 SFT with Safe Vaults, Production Plant Electrical n Utilities and Security Systems Fire Systems and Process Utilities complete.

Sky Tower

Aligarh Nagar Nigam’s and UP’s first Public Private Partnership project for providing world-class residential apartments under M.O.U.D. Twin Residential Towers comprising of 247 flats on a plot of 3.15 Acres with Club House and amenities in a green environment.

Integrated Command & Control Centre

ICCC is the flagship project of Aligarh Smart City sprawling on-site of 3 acres with Laal Digi pond, Total built up of 155000 SFT comprising of the basement and seven floors. The facility has a command and control center of ASC with an Auditorium for advanced communication systems.
